Its pretty simple. To do that...
1.) Turn off your wifi or mobile data
2.) then enter whatsapp and read the message
3.) Exit it and turn your wifi or internet on again
4.) The other person will only see the grey ticks will never get to know youve seen his messages but ignored. ;-)
